Please review these terms before using PocketOwner on a regular basis.
Using PocketOwner
PocketOwner is provided as software-as-a-service for private users. You may use the service for your own financial planning and grant access to other members of your household provided you ensure their consent to processing of the data entered. Use for unlawful purposes, automated data extraction (“scraping”) or bulk storage of sensitive data of third parties is not permitted.
Subscriptions and terms
PocketOwner can be used within a free trial period and as a paid subscription. Term, cancellation periods and prices are displayed transparently in the app. Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected term unless you cancel in due time. Payments are processed via an external payment service provider (e.g. Stripe); their terms and conditions apply in addition.
Liability
We operate PocketOwner with due care and in line with common industry security standards. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee permanent availability or the complete accuracy of all calculations. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages and loss of profit.
